* = I do not know the true location or name of this object.

Additional Facts Regarding Forge World's Objects
  • The grid shown in the image at the top of the thread, and in the object list is a solid object.
  • The Revenant is a brand new vehicle that is somewhat like a cross between the ghost and wraith.
  • There are now two types of barriers; one being named a low volume barrier, and the other being named a high volume barrier.
  • The low volume barrier acts like a hill in King of The Hill or a spawn area, except the low volume barrier sets up a barrier that if passed, will warn players to get back to the battlefield within 10 seconds or they will die.
  • The high volume barrier is a more deadly version of the low volume barrier that acts as a death barrier, so when a player passes the set area, that player will die instantly with no warning.
  • Players cannot swim...
  • The teleporters can be edited to allow players, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and air vehicles to pass though them. Each option can be either enabled or disabled.
  • Teleporters can now be edited to increase the size of the teleporting effect. The size of the physical teleporter will not be changed, but the area of effect will either increase or decrease.
  • Armor abilities can now be placed in forge, and just like a weapon, a player can pick them up and swap out their current armor ability for a new one.
  • Every object has three different physical states, whether it is physical, whether it can be placed in the air when let go of, or whether it can fuse itself into other objects like with ghost merging or no-clip merging.
  • The budget that you start out with on a blank canvas version of Forge World is $10,000. That is almost 7 times more than what we were given on Sandbox.
  • There is no OLN on Forge World, each object has a set number of objects within its group that can be placed. This number is kept track of, and the player can refer to it at any time.
  • There are roughly 150 different objects on Forge World, not including the objective items, spawns, teleporters, and any existing items from Halo 3.
  • The respawn points now display a holographic spartan character above them.
  • There is a new objective item named the Infection Safe Zone.
  • Scenery type objects such as rocks are now placeable.
  • There is enough budget and objects on Forge World to build a decently sized map that covers the entire World.
  • There are 8 placeable Falcons.
  • There are 4 placeable Scorpions.
  • There are no civilian vehicles on Forge World.
  • Only mongooses can change color.
  • The target designator didn't make it to Forge World but will still be featured in othermultiplayer maps.

halo reach, sword base map guide

THIS FREE GUIDE IS PRESENTED BY: HALO REACH PRO TIPS

OK so If you have been reading this blog then you will know that I have been doing really sweet and easy to follow halo reach map guides. For those who haven't been following this blog then here are links to all of the other maps I have done guides for
halo reach, reflection strategy guide: click here
halo reach, board walk guide: :D
halo reach, bone yard invasion map guide: CLICK ME
halo reach power house map guide: RIGHT HERE
But today I am going to be doing the map sword base. If you are not familiar with this map then you are about to become familiar with it.
So the picture below has so may weird marks on it That it has been known to scare people that are lets say NOOBS at halo reach (noober discretion is advised)

the green dots are were the power weapons are. The green dot at the bottom of the map is were the energy sword is. The shotgun is just above the energy sword, the green dot in the center of the map is the concussion rifle. The green dot to the left of the map is the grenade launcher.
those were all the power weapons, now let me explain what the rest of the marks mean. The red triangles are the main spawns on the map. The white area that says: you got this, is the part of the map that you want to control if you want to win the game and beat the noobs that didn't look at this post because they were afraid.
And last but not least the blue lines are were you are going to be attacked from you when you control the white part of the map. When you do control the white part of the map the only power weapon you should worry about is the shotgun, its easy to access from the white part of the map and if you are controlling the white area of the map most of your battles are going to be close quarter combat.
Now because so many people spawn right below the gravity lift (the top left of the map) theres going to be a lot of people coming up from there, which will be no problem as long as you have a shot gun you can mow them down as they come up, and also make sure you have your headset on, or have your tv turned up because you can here people when they go into the gravity lift.
So thats the best way to control this map but if you want some juicy tips on how to play a good game in general then click: I am a beast noob slayer. Just because I didn't want to leave you guys today with out some cool halo reach content here is some awesome wallpapers for your desktop (your welcome :)

halo reach, reflection strategy guide

In this guide I am going to give you some hints tips and strategy's for this map. If you do exactly as I say, then I can almost guarantee you winning a game on this map.
OK so here is a picture of the map from a birds eye view.
so the red marks= main spawns the blue marks= power weapons the green= control point of the map.
So now that you know what all that crazy stuff means I can show how to do well on this map, the spot of the map were it says win is the place that you want to control at all times, the red lines show you the paths that people take the most to get to that power area, the blue line thats in the win area is a sniper rifle with 8 extra shots in it, the blue mark closest to the sniper rifle is a sword, the blue mark closest to the sword is a rocket launcher, the blue line to the right of the map is a shot gun. So you should control the win area at all times, but if someone else is already up there controlling it then I would advise waiting for a good weapon to spawn and then going up there and taking them out. I have seen people sacrifice them selfs again and again trying to take control of the win area, but they keep failing because the people up there almost always have a power weapon or two. When trying to take the win area Go with one other person, never go with 3 people, it will just crowd your line of sight to the enemies and end up getting you all killed.
I would never recommend talking the elevators in the back to get into the win area. Trust me unless you have a rocket launcher and are also a beast it will never work. When you are controlling the win area you want to make sure that know one is flanking you, and as you can see in the map above I put down all the areas that they can come from (with out using a jet pack).
Send someone on your team to go get power weapons that aren't in the win area, you never want to give that area away.

halo reach, how to do well in team swat

If you have ever played halo 3 or halo reach. Then you have probably played team swat. If you never heard about team swat, then let me explain : team swat is a lot like call of duty games, no shields and low health so one shot to the head will kill you instantly, and you can take a few body shots without dying. You start out with a D.M.R and a pistol (or just a pistol)
So now that you know how team swat works, I will give you all the tips that I know

halo reach, how to get a perfection

in halo reach there is many medals you can get. One of which is the perfection, if you are not familiar with this medal than let me tell you about it. Basically its were you go a whole game with out dying and getting at least 15     kills, it looks like this: kills, it looks like this:

so now you know what it is and what you have to do to get it way don't I give you some hints, tips and strategy's on how to get it:
OK so the best way to get a perfection medal is on a big map with a lot of people on it, take a D.M.R and go to town, make sure to keep your distance and back off when you need to, and unless you are really good at driving a vehicles avoid getting in them and driving them, also make sure that most of your weapons are long range, so you don't have to get close to any of the enemies. Once you get your 15th kill,  (you will know you got your 15th kill because it will say running riot) unless you are really confident I would go and find a hidding spot until the game ends.  There you go that was my guide on how to get the perfection medal

halo reach Capture the flag Strategy guide

halo reach has many game types. Capture the flag is one of them (also knowing as ctf) in this post I am going to give you hints tips and Strategy's. But first let me tell you how a game of capture the flag works: first off there is two kinds of capture the flag there is, one flag were you take turns defending and offending, multi flag were there is two flags on the map at once, and both teams are trying to capture them at the same time.
So for multi flag you are going to have to keep in constant communication with your team or you will loose, if you are a good strong player you can go try and get the flag and capture it, but make sure some one else is protecting your flag, other wise you are wide open and your flag capture will me ultimately useless.
For one flag you are also going to want to keep in constant communication with your team, if you are playing defense have someone rush for the power weapons, because if you are trying to protect the flag and they have all the power weapons you are in for a shit storm, when protecting the flag don't stay out in the open were they are expecting you, hide and surprise them. Now if you are playing offence my advice to you is send three people to the power weapons, having the power weapons could very well change to tides of the game, take routes they are not expecting you to take. Be smart with who is running the flag example: If you have a guy with rockets or sniper you are not going to want him running the flag, you are going to want him to protect the guy running the flag.
So that is my advice to you. Now go out there and own

halo reach 1vs1 tips

If you are ever challenged to 1vs1 in halo reach then this is what you are going to want to do: first of all don't be afraid to talk a little bit of smack, get inside his head make him think you are way better than he is
get inside his head make him think you are way better than he is
and always choose the best map for you, trust me if he is the one challenging you he will let you pick the map
never play or try to win in a cheap way, you will cause rage and get hate message's, on top of that it will give you a made rep. If in the event you do loose do not do the following

be a good sport about it

halo reach stockpile, hints, how to

One of the many objective game types there is in halo reach is: Stockpile. Stockpile is a game type a lot like multi capture the flag, If you are not familiar with capture the flag check this out before reading on: http://haloreachskillz.blogspot.com/2010/11/halo-reach-capture-flag-strategy-guide.html   but instead of two flags there are flags all over the map that you can grab and bring back to you base that you started at, the base you started at (the same place you bring the flags to) has a timer that timer is one minute long, after that one minute timer is up any flags at your base are collected and put in to the over all score
STRATEGY, HINTS, AND TIPS: Make sure that your team is picking up the easy flags, like the ones right across from were the drop off point is. Also make it as hard as possible for the opposing team to keep flags at there base, send someone from your team to interfere with them getting any flags. Make sure your team is controlling all the power weapons, if you do mange to control all the power weapons do your best to keep the other team from getting to far away from were they spawn
